Article #2 Magazine

Summary:
In this magazine article “South Africa's New Slave Trade and the Campaign to Stop It “ by E. Benjamin Skinner gives a story about what had happened to two teen age girls. It discusses how it all started when women offered them a job and instead of helping “she sold them to a Nigerian drug human-trafficking syndicate in exchange for $120 and crack cocaine.”(Skinner) This article tells the story about these two girls and what they went through during child trafficking. I is a heart breaking story but it hopefully will let people know that these kids need peoples help.
Evaluation:
This source is a magazine article and it gives good information on what two teen age girls go through. It is a reputable source and I advise anyone who wants to hear their story to read this article. This is a cultural bias because it explains the story that was held in Africa. This is a primarily research that is a interview so it is a good source to use because it is from a person who had experienced trafficking and was able to get out with some help.
